*Conditional Transfer and Limited Possessory License Agreement
Possession of the Sutro kit and affiliated modular assembly (collectively, the “Item”) constitutes conditional acceptance of a limited, non-transferable possessory license, revocable upon the occurrence of a disqualifying geographic event as defined herein. The licensee (the “Recipient”) acknowledges that continued enjoyment of the Item is predicated upon the maintenance of residential alignment with the originating municipality. Should the Recipient’s principal domicile shift beyond said locale, all incidental and principal rights in the Item shall be deemed nullified and full reversionary interest shall automatically and unambiguously inure to the original allocating party (the “Provider”), absent requirement for additional declaration or recourse.
The Recipient affirms that, while in possession of the Item, they shall exercise reasonable custodial care and acknowledges the Provider’s reserved right to initiate retrieval protocols upon determination of jurisdictional discontinuity. Acceptance of the Item constitutes acknowledgment and consent to the aforementioned terms, which shall remain enforceable in perpetuity unless otherwise superseded by written waiver from the Provider.
